DETROIT, MI – Two separate triple non-fatal shootings took place over night on the east side of Detroit.
On Saturday February 13th, 2021 at approximately 1:40 a.m., in the 5000 block of E. Outer Dr., allegedly during a verbal altercation, the 23-year-old male suspect produced a weapon. A struggle ensued and the suspect along with two victims, a 21-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man, were shot.
The two victims were transported to a local hospital by medics and listed in temp-serious condition.
The suspect transported himself to a local hospital and was listed in serious condition. Anyone with information regarding this crime is encouraged to call Detroit Police Department’s Eleventh Precinct at 313-596-1140 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak Up.
The second triple non-fatal shooting took place on Saturday February 13th, 2021, at approximately 2:00 a.m., in the 15800 block of Eastwood, allegedly an unknown suspect fired shots from outside of the location into the residence.
Three adult victims, a 30-year-old man, a 35-year-old woman and another woman, age unknown, were struck and transported to a local hospital by medics. They sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
