The Janurary 5, 2021, 3:00pm Historic and Environmental Preservation Board meeting will be held in-person at City Hall located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133 with board members and City staff appearing in-person.
Public Comments for the HEPB meeting will open on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 5:00 pm. The deadline to submit prerecorded phone messages is Monday, January 4, 2021 at 5:00 pm. The deadline to pre-register for live phone comment participation during the meeting is Monday, January 4, 2021 at 5:00 pm. The deadline to submit public comment via the online form will occur when the Chairperson closes the public comment for the meeting. On the evening of the meeting, public comment may be submitted at the terminal setup in the lobby at Miami City Hall located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133.

Public comment may be submitted at City Hall inside the City Commission Chambers located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, on Tuesday, January 4, 2021 at 3:00 pm. Additionally, the City is providing the following three additional ways for the public to submit public comment. Please feel free to select from one of the options below.
Voice Message
You can provide your comments via the dedicated City of Miami public comment voicemail. These messages will be played during the meeting. You may only submit one two (2) minute message for this meeting. If you submit multiple messages, the City will only play the first two (2) minutes of all your submitted comments during the public comment portion of the meeting. The additional submission(s) that exceed the two (2) minutes allotted will not be played at the meeting.
Submission must include your full name and address. This message must be sent by Monday, January 4, 2021 at 5:00 pm. Any submissions received after the deadline will not be played during the meeting.
