Heidrick & Struggles Inc. on Thursday said it agreed to acquire Atreus, an executive interim management firm in Germany.
Financial terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed.
The leadership advisory and talent solutions provider said Atreus will continue to be led by co-chief executives Harald Linné and Rainer Nagel while operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
The acquisition is expected to occur early in the first quarter, Heidrick & Struggles said. Atreus will become part of the company's existing on-demand talent offering.
